It is important to understand that the development of your mind is a work in progress. We need to continuously challenge ourselves by exercising our mind, so that we can expand our paradigms and examine our beliefs.
What mind expanding activity can you do right now?
Your body needs to be exercised, it needs to be nurtured and healed. While it’s important to make the time to work on your fitness, recovery sessions are just as vital. When did you last take the time to experience a massage, a stretch class or a wade in the ocean?
What are your priorities when it comes to your physical health?
The third component is often overlooked when considering your health – the health of your spirit. With all the “psychological pollution” we experience daily, we all need to take the time to understand what is real for us.
What can you do today to connect and recharge your spirit?
Have you noticed how many people appear incredibly well but yet are unhealthy? Their energy is low and scattered, their concentration is poor and their tolerance towards others is low. This behaviour might be due to a loss of connection with self.
Those who focus on their spirit usually display a vitality that is noticed by the clarity of their eyes and complexion.
Make the time to connect with yourself! Allocate time to nurture and heal your mind, body and spirit.

Business Education in 5 star locations
Our Platinum program is a unique blend of business and career education while experiencing 5 star environment. During March our Platinum group spent 3 days in tropical Northern Queensland’s Sheraton Mirage hotel. The focus of this trip was to provide an insight into marketing their business or product and their own image. The team was shown marketing concepts that inspired creativity and an individuality while being incredible cost-effective and simple. Team bonding activities included beautiful meals, cocktails in the pool and white water rafting.
